  • INTO University of East Anglia, London

    • UCAS Assistant

      This new position has been created to support the UCAS Coordinator in delivering high quality advice, training and support for students and staff across the UCAS application process. 
    • Marketing Coordinator (Russian Language)

      An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator. The employment will commence in March 2012 and will be on a full time basis. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the student engagement and advocacy activities in Centre to underpin the overall marketing and communications strategy and brand development of the Centre. The role will provide the content to support locally and centrally driven marketing and will be line managed by the Head of Recruitment with a key accountability to the Centre Director. In-line with the Centre's current marketing priorities the candidate will have excellent command of written and spoken English and will be fluent in Russian. 
    • English Language Teacher pre-sessional

      Suitable Candidates should have experience of preparing international students for study at undergraduate and postgraduate level. With a ELT background and proven experience in working with international students, the post holders will have excellent teaching skills, a high degree of attention to detail, good IT skills and an ability to work closely with international students. Prior experience of working on a Pre-sessional course is not essential but would be an advantage. Successful candidates should hold a recognised EFL teaching qualification. This should ideally be a diploma or master’s level (e.g. DELTA, MA in TESOL) A number of full time, fixed term positions are available from the following start dates: 25th June (for 12 weeks), 23rd July (for 8 weeks), and 20th August (for 4 weeks). The Pre-sessional programme will end of 14th September 2012

      The candidate will be responsible for managing and planning the academic administration services for all academic staff and students ensuring that duties are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.

  • INTO Newcastle University

    • English Teacher / Trainer

      The successful candidate will be employed by INTO Newcastle University to design and deliver a bespoke, sixth month English Language course in Luanda (Angola) on behalf of Newcastle University 
  • INTO University of East Anglia

    • Assistant Student Services Receptionist

      This is a key post within the INTO UEA Centre. The post-holder will show high levels of professionalism whilst providing reception service to international students. Duties will require answering the telephone, welcoming visitors and assisting in the day-to-day running of the Centre. You will also be called upon to assist with students from multi-cultural backgrounds with their arrival, registration and orientation of the Centre. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver world-class standards of customer service. An excellent telephone manner is essential as are good basic IT skills with a familiarity of Microsoft Office. Experience of working in a busy Front-of-house environment and demonstrating empathy towards different cultures is essential. A second language is desirable. This is a six month fixed term position until October 2012 in the first instance with a possibility of a permanent contract there after depending on organisational demands.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies with our global recruitment teams and colleagues within the partner university to recruit international students to INTO University of Exeter. 
  • INTO University Partnerships

    • Director, Central Processing (Admissions), INTO North America

      INTO USA is searching for an Admissions Director for our soon to open Central Processing Unit in San Diego, California. We are in the process of consolidating and centralizing a portion of the admissions process for our North American Centers. Moving forward, the front-end of the overall admissions process up to and including the pre-evaluation/pre-qualification of a complete application package will be centralized as a shared service across all North American Centers in this new Central Processing Unit. 
    • Assistant Web Editor, INTO North America

      We are looking for an experienced communications pro with web content management and digital marketing experience to join our growing US team. The Assistant Web Editor will be responsible for maintaining US content on INTO’s student-facing and corporate websites and will also implement digital marketing campaigns that drive enrollment at INTO’s US programs.  
    • Assistant Social Media Manager

      The Assistant Social Media Manager will support the Social Media Manager in implementing INTO’s Social Media strategy. The post-holder will contribute to INTO’s consumer-facing English language Social Media activity ranging from social network posting (e.g. on Facebook) to blogs and microblogs (e.g. Twitter). They will also catalogue and tag video and images to support the population of channels.  
    • Assistant Web Editor - Corporate

      Based in Brighton, the Assistant Web Editor - Corporate will support the Web Editor in ensuring that the content our customers are browsing on into-corporate.com and intohigher.com is accurate, relevant, current and engaging. The role will support marketing campaigns to ensure what our customers see and experience of INTO offline, is reflected online. 
    • Assistant Marketing Manager, INTO North America

      We are looking for a well-rounded marketing generalist to join our growing US team. This individual will coordinate and manage a wide variety of digital and traditional marketing initiatives including developing materials and tools to maximize recruitment of international students to INTO’s US centers, while also supporting corporate communications and business development initiatives.  
  • INTO Colorado State University

    • Marketing and Recruitment Manager

      INTO Colorado State University (INTO CSU) seeks a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to lead the strategic planning for and execution of international marketing and recruitment efforts to drive enrollment to the INTO Colorado State University program. The Marketing & Recruitment Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing effort targeted at building CSU brand recognition in key markets across the world thereby driving demand from students seeking educational experiences in the USA.  
    • INTO CSU Center Director

      The Center Director will provide the dynamic and motivational leadership to develop the center so that it reflects the goals and values of Colorado State University and INTO University Partnerships in the delivery of a world-class student and other stakeholder experience. The Center Director will build the Center from an initial intake of 350 students to 1000 students by 2015/16, by working effectively with Center staff, University partners, and other key internal and external stakeholders and promoting best practice in all aspects of work, while ensuring the efficient operation of the Center.  
    • International Credential Evaluator

      This position is responsible for providing support and expertise to the INTO CSU Joint Venture and Office of Admissions in the evaluation of prospective international student qualifications for entry to INTO CSU Pathways programs. At the direction of the Associate Director for International Initiatives, he/she will provide decision making authority on behalf of the Office of Admissions. When necessary, he/she will also consult with the Graduate School and graduate departments regarding necessary degree requirements and transcripts for graduate study. 
  • INTO University of South Florida

    • INTO USF Finance Manager

      This position provides leadership and coordination of company financial planning and budget management functions for INTO University of South Florida, and is responsible for directing the day-to-day accounting and financial activities for an international student educational services center.  
    • Graduate Test Prep Teacher

      The Graduate Test Prep Teacher will be responsible for preparing students for the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) and the Graduate Record Examinations (GRE).
