Our staff come from a diverse set of backgrounds, and we
celebrate this - it's part of what makes our centres so special.
Many of our staff have solid backgrounds in education and training,
whereas others have come from business or the third sector. Many of
them have lived abroad or had experience of international
environments. Foreign language skills, while not mandatory for
most roles, are highly valued within the company.
