Programme Coordinator Foundation English Listening and Speaking

Applicants should have an honours degree in the appropriate subject plus at least two years’ experience of teaching English for academic purposes. They must also have either a DELTA or equivalent teaching qualification, or a masters degree in a relevant area (e.g. TESOL, applied linguistics) with a certificate-level TESOL qualification.  Applicants must be able to teach, develop teaching and assessment materials, and carry out assessment on the above module. Experience co-ordinating listening and speaking skills at this level would be advantageous.

We are looking for talented graduates with 2-5 years of experience to be part of a strategy team working on a wide ranging and exciting brief focused on international higher education. The role will involve quantitative and qualitative analysis, high level creative thinking and problem solving, and working with and presenting to executive level stakeholders.   

The ideal candidate has a passion for education and experience working in business and/or public policy (experience in the education sector a bonus). MBA, relevant masters and/or experience working in strategy (e.g., consulting) preferred but not essential.

Admissions Project Coordinator INTERNAL ONLY (Fixed Term 14 Months)

Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

INTO University Partnerships is looking to appoint a new Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the Financial Analysts Manager to develop and distribute value adding management reporting to the INTO Board and Senior management team.

Temporary Opportunity - Assistant Event Coordinator (GRC 2017)


Every year, INTO holds a global conference for approximately 200 delegates comprised of Board members, senior management and sales and marketing staff. The agenda is made up of seminars, training sessions and strategy planning meetings. We are looking for someone to provide support in the lead up to the conference and be an integral member of the GRC delivery team during the conference.

The Opportunity

This is a great development opportunity for an existing INTO member of staff to support Stuart Coleman, Assistant Director (Strategic Projects), for approximately 5 months with planning and organising the conference. It is certain you will gain a wealth of insight and experience.

The successful candidate will need to have exemplary time management and organisational skills that can be demonstrated in a high pressure environment. The GRC is a hugely rewarding project to work on but it does require a commitment to working unsociable and long hours!

You will be released from your normal duties to allow you to undertake this opportunity. The expected time commitments are approximately:

  • October – 19 hours per week
  • November – 28 hours per week
  • December – Full Time
  • January – Full Time to include 1.5 weeks abroad to attend the GRC
  • February – 9 hours per week

Financial Analytics Manager

INTO University Partnerships is looking to appoint a new Financial Analytics Manager to continuously develop management reporting for greater insight and improved decision making.

The post holder will be responsible in overseeing and supporting monthly analysis of results for UK Head Office Companies and firstly, looking at the “what” analysis to help the business partner team understand the financials and work with department heads to develop action plans; and secondly, collation of narrative from the business partner team on monthly results (i.e. the “why” analysis along with action plans) for dissemination to the INTO board & management team in reporting/dashboards.

The post is part of the UK Conversion Email Marketing team in the Global Recruitment Unit.

The Email Specialist will be responsible for managing our email template production and the delivery of dynamic and personalised email content to maximise enrolments to our study Centres.
