Guided Online Language Development (GOLD) Tutors

We are looking for someone to join our Business Development Unit Online team which has a remit to develop and deliver online learning programmes.

The post is responsible for tutoring on the GOLD course, working with the Programme Management and tutoring team to provide first class academic and pastoral provision for all GOLD students within the parameters of the agreed educational, commercial and recruitment targets.

You will be confident tutoring a variety of students from a number of countries and cultural backgrounds and different language levels and have the ability to assess effectiveness of teaching skills against student engagement and performance, work within clear time frames, systems and processes and to display excellent time management skills

The INTO Term Time for the GOLD course are 6 weeks long and a total of 4 run per year.

Fixed term, term time tutors can deliver up to 3 groups per course. Casual tutors can deliver 1-2 groups. 12.5 hours per group.

Successful candidates are will need to be UK based for this role.

Assistant Management Accountant - INTERNAL ONLY

This post is part of the UK Finance Team and will support the Senior Management Accountant as well as being responsible for delivering all of the financials 2 of the UK JV’s. This will also include meeting all the reporting requirements from the UK Region and Group Finance.

This is a full time position and will include regular visits to the specific Centres to ensure that the centre financial systems and procedures are running smoothly as well as providing support for local Finance staff and functional heads.

The successful applicant will be someone who has a good attention to detail, is proactive and has the ability to manage own workload to enable key agreed deadlines being met throughout the financial year.

The Digital Marketing team requires a Global Content Production Manager to devise, deliver, and implement content strategy and production to support the redevelopment of INTO’s consumer-facing website. Leading a team of Digital Content Producers, the chosen candidate will have extensive experience of managing and motivating staff, and overseeing multi-channel content production on a global scale. The role requires 5+ years’ experience working in digital marketing or content production for international brands, and proven success in driving strategy from conception to delivery, and beyond. A skilful communicator who is comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels is an essential, and familiarity with the international HE sector desirable.

Student Placement Officer

We are looking for a Student Placement Officer to be part of the Student Placements Team. The team has a remit to support the placement of students who are studying INTO pathways courses to appropriate courses in Higher Education, and applications to INTO affiliate university partners.

The post is responsible for supporting students through the University application throughout their course of study at INTO London World Education Centre, and reporting on the centre’s progression data. The role also includes assisting the Student Placements Manager in account managing INTO’s network of affiliated Universities.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with experience of dealing with applications and, ideally, placement of international students and an understanding of UCAS and the postgraduate application processes.  For information regarding the role please see the job description.
