We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to develop our European recruitment activity. You will be part of a creative and dynamic regional team, working within the European and Central Asia Regional Office to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to European recruitment.
The successful candidate will develop and manage INTO’s European recruitment strategy, establish targets, and ensure effective delivery by driving up enquiries, applications and enrolments to our INTO centres.
The Recruitment Manager will work closely with the Assistant Recruitment Director EUK developing targets, ensuring their delivery, and developing European recruitment activity. You will be responsible for identifying and managing agent relationships, attending key European recruitment events to raise the profile of INTO centres, encourage applications and grow enrolments.
Candidates should have a degree or equivalent level qualification and relevant marketing experience within the education sector. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound administrative skills and experience of dealing with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. You will be required to undertake frequent periods of evening and weekend work across Europe.
INTO’s Europe region includes a number of countries from the European Union and European Economic Area such as Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Croatia, Romania and Ukraine.
