The centre is looking to recruit someone to assist in the delivery of academic administrative
support as part of the Academic Support Team. The post holder will support the functions
and processes associated with the monitoring and assessment of academic programmes to
the required standard. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the
development of a collaborative working environment to maintain and enhance the quality of
the student learning experience.

INTO University of East Anglia is seeking to appoint Academic English teachers for the 2015 Pre-Sessional programme.
Suitable candidates should have experience of preparing International students for study at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level. With a strong ELT background and proven experience in working with international students, the post holders will have excellent teaching skills, a high degree of attention to detail, good IT skills and an ability to work closely with international students.

The post is part of the Online Learning team. The team has a remit to develop and deliver a suite of online programmes, beginning with a Global Online MBA for Newcastle University, online teacher training courses for NILE, and online English modules for existing INTO students.
The post is responsible for providing support to students in the online space globally; developing strategies for student retention; mentoring and supervising student support staff; and working with operational, sales and marketing teams to ensure the delivery of service is a consistent and seamless user experience.
The candidate will show a lot of initiative and be encouraged to think outside the box with an array of ideas on how best to deliver a distinct experience that leads students to successful completion of their course.
