Every year, INTO holds a global conference for approximately 200 delegates comprised of Board members, senior management and sales and marketing staff. The agenda is made up of seminars, training sessions and strategy planning meetings. We are looking for someone to provide support in the lead up to the conference and be an integral member of the GRC delivery team during the conference.
This is a great development opportunity for an existing INTO member of staff to support Stuart Coleman, Assistant Director (Strategic Projects), for approximately 5 months with planning and organising the conference. It is certain you will gain a wealth of insight and experience.
The successful candidate will need to have exemplary time management and organisational skills that can be demonstrated in a high pressure environment. The GRC is a hugely rewarding project to work on but it does require a commitment to working unsociable and long hours!
You will be released from your normal duties to allow you to undertake this opportunity. The expected time commitments are approximately:
- October – 19 hours per week
- November – 28 hours per week
- December – Full Time
- January – Full Time to include 1.5 weeks abroad to attend the GRC
- February – 9 hours per week
Before applying, please talk to your manager to ensure you can be released from your normal duties for the necessary times as detailed above.
To be eligible you must be able to travel to Asia or the Middle East
Please send an expression of interest, no more than 1 A4 page long detailing why you are suitable for the role to Lydia Simmonds via email to: HQ.firstname.lastname@example.org no later than midday Thursday 1st September 2016.
