We are seeking a candidate with experience in a focused and challenging sales environment to convert leads into enrolments on the Newcastle University Global MBA, an online MBA programme developed and delivered by the INTO Online Learning team in partnership with Newcastle University.
Working with mid-career candidates from diverse international business backgrounds, the Enrolment Services Counsellor is responsible for evaluating, categorising and responding to new leads, and for providing relevant and timely information, advice and support to Global MBA candidates to nurture them through the student recruitment process, in order to achieve ambitious student enrolment targets.
The candidate will have a strong sales and customer service background, and will demonstrate the ability to communicate with a wide variety of prospective candidates from a range of international backgrounds, analyse potential to participate successfully in the Global MBA, and take those candidates through to enrolment.

The Closing date will be midnight Sunday 6th September, and interviews will be held the week commencing 14th September.
