Programme Coordinator Foundation English Listening and Speaking

Applicants should have an honours degree in the appropriate subject plus at least two years’ experience of teaching English for academic purposes. They must also have either a DELTA or equivalent teaching qualification, or a masters degree in a relevant area (e.g. TESOL, applied linguistics) with a certificate-level TESOL qualification.  Applicants must be able to teach, develop teaching and assessment materials, and carry out assessment on the above module. Email Specialist

The post is part of the UK Conversion Email Marketing team in the Global Recruitment Unit.

The Email Specialist will be responsible for managing our email template production and the delivery of dynamic and personalised email content to maximise enrolments to our study Centres.

This role requires someone with a demonstrated background in HTML email development more specifically proven experience in writing code (i.e HTML for email and AMPscript) to include adapting code and the building and designing of HTML email templates.

You will be technically strong and analytical, yet creative with a strong eye for detail and an awareness of email and design best practice.  You will be comfortable with liaising with key stakeholders, providing constructive feedback when needed and managing delivery schedules.

IT Support Technician (1st Line)

We are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technicians to join a busy support team based in Brighton. The 1st Line Support will deal directly with the staff at INTO in the UK and around the globe to resolve IT issues, and escalating to 2nd Line Support when required. Additionally, the requires the day to day administration of the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring that tickets are dealt with in a timely manner, and also creating all user accounts in Active Directory and across various systems.

The role will include some significant on the job training, and would suit an individual who is very keen to learn with a very keen interest in IT.

In terms of skills, the 1st Line Support should have experience of working within a helpdesk/Service Desk environment as part of a team, and experience with Windows, Mac OS, Active Directory, Desktop Support. In addition, the role will require new equipment imaging, installation and mobile device support.  It would be advantageous to also have a basic understanding of networks and network protocols.  

The department provides support between the hours of 08:00 – 18:00, and the working hours for the role are 7.5 hours per day; we operate a rota to ensure support is covered during the 08:00 – 18:00 period.
