development of a collaborative working environment to maintain and enhance the quality of

Student Services Coordinator

The centre is looking to recruit two experienced Student Services Coordinators with a hands-on approach to tasks within the organisation whilst providing optimum customer service to our stakeholders. Student Placements Officer

We are looking to appoint a Student Placement Officer to be part of the Student Placements Team.  The team has a remit to support the placement of students who are studying INTO pathway courses in preparation for progression to degree level study at one of our joint venture universities, or at one of our affiliate university partners. 

The post is responsible for supporting students with university applications throughout their course of study, and reporting on the centre’s progression data. The role also includes assisting the Student Placements Manager in account managing INTO’s network of affiliated universities.

Programme Manager (International Year 1)

The successful candidate will manage a comprehensive year 1 Business Management and Economics programme and develop new courses in Psychology and Media.  The role will involve the management of teaching resources to ensure quality provision and delivery of targets, as well as longer term strategy.

Reporting to the Academic Director, the successful applicant will have experience of teaching at FE/HE level and be able to demonstrate effective leadership and people management, management of change and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

INTO University Partnerships, UK

Business Analyst (Projects)

This post forms a core part of the project team for a 2-year project to deliver a suite of online portals and forms for INTO’s various customer groups.

This post will lead on the business analysis of each of the functions to be delivered through the portals including mapping technical and business dependencies, providing specifications to developers and leading on testing and UAT processes.

We are looking for a talented business analysis with experience of website/portal development and systems integration to join the team on this fast moving project.

Designer

The post is part of the Marketing Directorate. The team has a remit to produce print collateral to support student recruitment to INTO’s UK study centres. The post is responsible for the design of the toolkit for a number of Centres.

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Eligibility to work in and travel freely to and from the UK
  • Substantial experience of working within a studio environment
  • A working knowledge of the creative and print production process
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office

Senior Programmer (1)

The post is part of Online Development team. The Senior Programmer will be contributing to the Development Centre of Excellence and INTO’s digital visions, help identifying the key front and back end requirements, help mapping out the roadmap towards that vision, and contributing to projects requiring front and back end development.

The role will require active hands-on leadership across the disciplines of all online development projects and will work closely with subject matter experts (also known as product owners), UX designers, scrum masters and other developers.

The successful candidate will have a commercial mind set and strong customer service focus as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Your positive attitude means you are able to actively seek solutions and you will already have substantial experience in a Senior Developer role.

Web Editor (Online Learning)

We are seeking a Web Editor with sound technical knowledge and digital marketing experience who will take the initiative to devise and deliver strategic solutions to support ambitious student recruitment targets for the Newcastle University Global MBA, an online MBA programme developed and delivered by the INTO Online Learning team in partnership with Newcastle University.

Enrolment Services Counsellor, Global MBA

We are seeking a candidate with experience in a focused and challenging sales environment to convert leads into enrolments on the Newcastle University Global MBA, an online MBA programme developed and delivered by the INTO Online Learning team in partnership with Newcastle University.

Working with mid-career candidates from diverse international business backgrounds, the Enrolment Services Counsellor is responsible for evaluating, categorising and responding to new leads, and for providing relevant and timely information, advice and support to Global MBA candidates to nurture them through the student recruitment process, in order to achieve ambitious student enrolment targets.

The candidate will have a strong sales and customer service background, and will demonstrate the ability to communicate with a wide variety of prospective candidates from a range of international backgrounds, analyse potential to participate successfully in the Global MBA, and take those candidates through to enrolment. 

We are an ambitious, developing and collaborative team and it’s important the successful candidate also has the same drive and ambition to succeed collaboratively.

Head of Programme Management

Responsible for the oversight & delivery of the overall business planning cycle, the successful candidate will need to bring extensive experience of running global programmes and all the rigour and tenacity associated with operating in that environment to ensure quality and timely execution within budget and planning deadlines.

This position is responsible for improving the current work done by INTO’s leadership team  by facilitating independent assessment of delivery, timings and interdependency risks across the various programmes underpinning the annual business cycle. In addition to this, the role holder will be required to make presentations to senior leadership, ensure that processes are clearly defined and communicated to the organisation, and be responsible for making the required improvement to processes as needed to align with the business needs of the organisation.
