The post is part of the Group Finance team which has an overall remit to provide decision support and analysis to Board level.
This newly created opportunity has arisen to enable group finance to respond more effectively to the changing needs and demands of a business which has seen significant growth & development.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this is a senior role with significant exposure and influence to the senior finance and wider management team.
INTO has seen significant growth since its inception in 2006 and as we continue to evolve our business model and enhance the finance team’s ability to meet business requirements, this role will lead on a wide variety of changing projects and initiatives.
Projects will evidently depend on business needs, but the role is expected to lead on the following key areas:
- centralisation of transactional accounting,
- conversion to the new UK accounting standards (FRS102),
- enhancement of monthly management reports,
- system/process change for new tax structuring
- other ad hoc support to the Group FC.
The role will need to work closely with internal and external parties to manage and deliver against project objectives.
