Enrolment Services Counsellor

As a language speaker, the successful applicant will be required to process student enquiries from initial contact through to enrolment, operating to the highest levels of customer care whilst working to the strictest of response deadlines.  Ensuring compliance of relevant student migration legislation, the post holder will advise students on their suitability for enrolment against agreed academic criteria.

The successful applicant must have experience of delivering outstanding levels of customer service and an extremely high attention to detail while working towards achieving and exceeding pre-agreed targets.  You will also have experience of being able to prioritise your work loads and meeting tight deadlines under pressure in order to achieve enrolment targets.

You must be approachable, have exceptional communication skills and be able to build and manage effective relationships with stakeholders.  An interest in other nationalities and cultures is also essential.

Preferably educated to degree level you will ideally have experience of having lived and worked abroad.

VP Digital Systems

The VP Digital Systems is responsible for defining and driving INTO’s digital technology agenda.  This digital technology agenda will support the commercial objectives of the digital channels (direct and partner/agent).

The job holder will have excellent leadership, collaboration and partnership skills across multiple functional areas (IT, marketing/sales, strategy, finance, operations) with the objective of establishing and building consensus for a strategic multiyear Digital Transformation Roadmap to help achieve defined business objectives.

This role will build & lead an internal team with third party suppliers to shape and deliver the digital roadmap. This is a demanding role that requires a strong leader with a high degree of understanding and experience in the interactive/digital innovation technology arena.

Overall, this role will have accountability for providing always-on, highly available and high performance application platform and infrastructure that enables continuous delivery of web and mobile capabilities for internal and external audiences. This spans across all digital channels and customer & agent engagement points.  The role will foster idea generation, incubation, pilot programs and widespread deployment of innovative technology to enhance the customer experience

Email Specialist

The post is part of the UK Conversion Email Marketing team in the Global Recruitment Unit.

The Email Specialist will be responsible for managing our email template production and the delivery of dynamic and personalised email content to maximise enrolments to our study Centres.

This role requires someone with a demonstrated background in HTML email development more specifically proven experience in writing code (i.e HTML for email and AMPscript) to include adapting code and the building and designing of HTML email templates.

The Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems Administrator is responsible for administering the help desk to meet the needs of the Applications Processing Center (APC)/Enrollment Services (ES). He or she will take ownership of all assigned administrative issues involving the Salesforce and Financial Force systems and close them out effectively and efficiently.

Director of Academic Program Development & Support

The Director of Academic Program Development & Support will work with new University partners to develop and support academic program needs for international students. This will include, but is not limited to, the collaborative development of new programs and redevelopment of existing programs, the development of English language program curricula, English proficiency testing equivalencies and scales, entry and progression requirements, structural development of academic support services and ensuring proper resourcing plan of English language institutes. 

International Credential Specialist

This is a position that will provide primary support toward evaluating secondary and postsecondary credentials from various nations and regions for all INTO North America partner institutions. This position requires meticulous attention to detail in evaluating and reviewing credentials as well as using basic mathematics for calculating a grade point average (GPA) or equivalent academic profile indicator.
